He received his
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Shaw
University, Raleigh, North
Carolina, a Master of
Science degree from the University of the District of
Columbia and was a candidate for the Master of Science in
Science Teaching (MSST) from American University,
Washington, DC.
Reverend Fox also
received a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Howard
University School of Divinity, Washington, D.C.
He furthered his
studies for the Doctor of Ministry Degree at the University
of Virginia at Lynchburg in Lynchburg, Virginia and the
Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary in
Newburgh, Indiana.
He received a Doctor of
Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Esoteric Interfaith
Theological
Seminary. He wrote his
thesis on "Fundamentalism and its effect on Christian
Ethics."
Reverend Fox served as
a Deacon and as General Superintendent of Sunday School for
fourteen years. He preached his initial sermon on January
31, 1995 and was ordained on August 16, 1997, by the Vermont
Avenue Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late
Reverend Dr. John R. Wheeler.
Reverend Fox is a
member of the Missionary Baptist Ministers' Conference of
Washington, D.C. and Vicinity. He is also a member of St.
John Lodge #12, PHA, St. John Chapter No. 7, HRAM;
Henderson Commandery
No. 2, Knights Templar; Mecca Temple No. 10; AEONMS, Kappa
Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and The George S. Pattern, Jr.

D.C.
He is married to the
former Miss Jessie Marie Bullock. They are the proud parent
of Angela F. Wheeler (Clayton), Natalie F. Holtz (Allan) and
four grandchildren: Christopher, Cynthia and Curtis wheeler
and Allan Holtz, Jr.
Rev. Fox's centering
passage of Scripture is Micah 6:8: "He has shown you O man,
what is good; and what does the Lord require of you, but to
do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your
God."
